Customer Service...

As a new business updating and building my site on a daily basis to be my shop window it is vital that my site is up and running 24/7 I had a problem that the site was diverting to the holding page. After trying to remedy it myself, support sorted it at 7 o'clock on a Sunday morning... top service, many thanks!

Once in a while you know that you have done something that is instinctively right. Being new to website hosting, as you might expect I had a few teething issues with various fields and check boxes and the 24/7 support re-contacted me quickly and helped resolve these issues in a prompt and friendly way.
